Moog Sound Studio

Print and packaging design for Moog Sound Studio: Mother-32 & DFAM & Subharmonicon, a collection of semi-modular synthesizers and accessories created to provide users with all the equipment, cables, accessories, and educational tools needed to enter the world of analog synthesis for the first time or to continue to explore sound in an immersive new way.

The Exploration Patchbook—designed in collaboration with Moog’s Senior Designer Emory Davis—is an important learning tool for new synthesists. With dedicated sections for introductory lessons, patching diagrams, and tips and tricks, users are guided through all the most important features of the Sound Studio. The visual language of the book expands on the playful surrealism of illustrator Kate Dehler, who created the visual universe of Moog Sound Studio.
